  1. Contact us for the unlimited company registration application form;<\/li>\n
  2. Submit the form together with director(s), shareholder(s) and company secretary’s (i) identity documents; and (ii) three months valid address proof to us by fax to (852)28382830\u00a0 or WhatsApp to (852) 9198 1993 or email to info@34.64.90.29;<\/li>\n
  3. Our colleague will contact you to confirm the completeness and validity for information provided;<\/li>\n
  4. We would perform company name search to ensure the intended company name is available for use;<\/li>\n
  5. We will start prepare company registration documents once deposit # was received;<\/li>\n
  6. Once company registration documents are ready, we will contact you for arrangement for signing the company registration documents and settle of final payment;<\/li>\n
  7. After that, we will file the necessary documents to Companies Registry for company registration, it takes approximately eight working days to complete registration process; and<\/li>\n
  8. Once company registration completed, client can visit our office for collection of Certificate of Incorporation (“CI”), Business Registration (“BR”) and Green Box (applicable if you ordered green box)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
